    @all: sry for being mia. last 4 months have been an eyeopener. hopefully you’re still with me. lots of lifestyle changes. ETD will be switchin to a Mon. and Wed sched. as a result. Stay tuned! Oh and a BIG HELLO to any and all new people who signed up to the blog. :)
