Pretty drastic change to the site, too. Aside from the basic layout it looks quite different.
Not to talk shit about the old look, but I rather prefer the new one.

Funny, there’s not much I can do with the layout. I was considering changing it, but the fact that the center has to remain dedicated to the comic page itself prevents any drastic layout changes.

I really don’t think there’s any need to update the layout, in any case.
It’s alread set up in a quite logical and efficient manner.
I wonder about one thing, though. From what you’ve let slip, this color scheme seems to suit the upcoming chapter quite nicely. Is this coincidental, or do you intend to switch between each chapter?
(call me an ass if this has been covered in a newspost I’ve missed, or such)

It’s not coincidental. The color scheme was designed to fit with the current chapter’s tone. Since chapters are far in-between, the site design will change to fit the mood I’m trying to conjure depending on the story. Trust me, there are pretty thematically diverse storylines milling around in my skull. So to me, it doesn’t make sense to maintain the same look for all chapters.
And no, you’re not an ass! You’re the first to ask about it I think.

Thanks and welcome to the site. I kinda rushed that color job, but the beginning page of the actual webcomic is turning out pretty awesome (working on it now). Stay tuned tomorrow.

Worse than a super Saiyajin? Those things already blow up as an afterthought. Level 2s and up, anyway.
Sounds like Jack would be pretty screwed without his god-corrupting properties.

@cgd: Update coming in a bit. I can’t reveal too much about these new characters just yet. They’ll be an ominous presence for a fairly extended period of time, though as can be expected out of a storyline, a confrontation eventually takes place.
@malligant: sorry to disappoint, she’s not appearing til another chapter when we go back to hell for a bit and meet yet another vile character in the background. for now, you might have to rely on rule 34 to get your fix.
