I’d imagine a c-mutant would be all but immune to pretty much every earthly alcoholic/narcotic substance, but how about the crap that redeye was inhaling? Maybe he could get Mr. Rasta to import some for him?
Could be good money in that, actually.
Buying up the cheapest swill available, and faithstilling it to 100% potency. It would probably count as misuse of his abilities, but I somewhat doubt ol’ Jack would let that bother him.

Maybe he can get drunk if he uses faith powers somehow to distill it into 100% alcohol.
