@cgd: That’s an interesting theory. Of the handful of goth friends I have, all of them seem not to like the emos. Think I’ll pose the question on my Twitter.
I’m not saying goths like emos, I’m saying emos are the people who thought that goths were really cool, but who were far too whiny to become goths themselves so they became emo instead.
Not all beer explosions are good.
I had one in my car, once, when one of my friends forgot a beer can in the back seat.
Due to rapid changes in temperature the thing exploded in the night, showering the interior with zero-degree(celsius) beer, which promptly froze to all it landed on.
Was great fun getting rid of it all the next day.

…I can’t decide whether the goth scene as a whole is idiotic or awesome.
I’m definitely blaming the goths for the rise of the emos though.
